How to order

Once you have made your selection, when you click on "Buy", you are asked to enter the quantity (at the top on the left) and when you click OK, the products are put into the temporary shopping basket. To proceed with the order, you then have to select the item "Review Basket/Checkout" from the "SURFING" menu and press "Go". The packing list with the prices appears and by scrolling to the bottom of the list another "Go to checkout" button appears. Press it to pass on to the form where you have to enter your personal data and the address for shipment. It is important for this data to be entered as completely as possible. When you have finished filling in the form, press Send and then confirm to ship the order.

Shelves in the catalogue

On entry to the e-commerce program you access the first shelf. From the special "SHELF" menu at the top, you can select the other shelves. Scrolling through the shelf (on the left) and by positioning yourself over the products, their description appears at the top. By clicking, the purchase window opens with the possibility of either buying or seeing some details about the product.

Surfing in the program

It is possible to remove the articles you have put in the basket at any time during the purchasing procedure. It is also possible to empty the basket completely, return to the home page or check the order and return to the shelves to complete it. Moreover, you can also convert into the various European currencies.

Searching for products

By selecting the "product search" item from the "SURFING" menu, you can insert key words which identify the product you are looking for. The first 10 articles found appear and, by pressing "proceed", an ad hoc shelf can therefore be made up with the products found. Attention - when 10 articles appear (max. limit), there are probably others which are not among the first ten in alphabetical order, therefore go on to search through individual shelves.

Products out of stock

WebGasket has a considerable stock of goods on the shelves. However, in exceptional circumstances, if the quantity required is not be available, WebGasket immediately informs you of this by e-mail within 24-36 hours.

Products which are not on the shelves

If you are looking for an article which is not in the catalogue, you can find the special "contact" form on our internet site to send a request for information, for an offer or to place an order.

WebGasket order confirmation

WebGasket will send an e-mail confirming the order received within 24-36 hours. This will contain the order received, the date expected for delivery. This amount may differ from the one expected in the following two cases: when the shipment area indicated by the customer on the order form is incorrect and when taxes have to be added (20% VAT for Italy). The confirmation could also suggest different delivery dates for exceptional cases where one or more items are not available in the quantity ordered. The delivery terms are always counted from the time WebGasket receives the foreseen advance payment.

How to pay for the goods ordered

At the moment of forwarding e-commerce presents various possibilities, stated below :

ITALY - CASH PAYMENT

When webGasket confirms your order, a price will be stated. If the goods are delivered in Italy, this sum can be paid to DHL in cash on delivery (in cash or a not negotiable bank draft in DHL's name).

Therefore:

1) the customer sends his order to WebGasket

2) WebGasket sends an e-mail to confirm the order

3) WebGasket prepares and sends the material.

4) the customer pays DHL directly on delivery.

THE REST OF THE WORLD - SWIFT

For other countries in Europe or in other parts of the world, we foresee payment by credit transfer when the order is confirmed.

When our bank receives the credit, the delivery procedure will begin.

Therefore:

1) the customer sends his order to WebGasket

2) WebGasket sends an e-mail to confirm the order

3) The customer arranges the swift payement to WebGasket.

4) WebGasket prepares and sends the material.

LONG STANDING CUSTOMERS

If the business relationship should become long-standing, personal agreements may be arranged on request info@webgasket.com. After the agreement is sealed, the long-standing customer has only to select the option "personal agreement payment" when he is ready to place an order.

CREDIT CARDS

WebGasket is also about to introduce payement by credit card. All regular customers will be informed.

Transport costs

The transport costs are calculated by the system according to the area involved. The Customer selects the area involved and the calculation will automatically include the cost of transport. If the area selected is incorrect, WebGasket will indicate the correct amount in the order confirmation. Important: all deliveries made by couriers selected by us have a suitable insurance cover by transport insurance against theft, damage or losses which may occur. WebGasket shall not be held responsible for any claims due to transport.

Delivery times

The delivery times are only indicative and are expressed in working days in the order confirmation. Delivery times are calculated from the time WebGasket receives the eventual foreseen credit. Standard times due to non-availability, in the rare cases where the stocks are not sufficient or when the product does not come under those marketed on line, are also included in the delivery times. WebGasket shall not be held responsible for any delays due to any activities or events occurring after the goods have left its warehouses.

Shipping times

The shipping times defined in the order confirmation include the shipping times calculated as follows:

Italy: 1-2 working days
Italia islands: 2-3 working days
EEC Europe: 1-3 working days
non-EEC Europe: 2-4 working days
Eastern Europe: 3-4 working days
Canada/USA: 2-4 working days
Rest of world: 3-4 working days

Before sending an order, make sure that the destination address is correct. Should it be necessary to return an article because of an incorrect address, further shipping costs will be debited. In any case, WebGasket shall not be responsible for delays or any wrong deliveries made outside its will.

Check to be made on receipt of the goods

When the goods are delivered by the courier, check that:

The number of packages delivered is the one indicated in the note accompanying the goods. The identity and quality of the products, which may be indicated on the packing, is as indicated in the invoice.
The packing must be whole, not damaged or wet or deteriorated in any other way.
The invoice, applied in the special envelope on the outside of one of the packs, must be removed and kept.
The carrier must be notified immediately of any discrepancy in the number of packs or the indications on them, as well as any loss or deterioration. If the goods are accepted in any case, they must be stamped stating goods with reservation or damaged goods. If possible, photograph the goods in the conditions they are found in on the means of transport or at the time of unloading.

Satisfied or money back

WebGasket guarantees its customers' satisfaction. Any article can be returned within 10 days of receipt to obtain full reimbursement of the purchase price (except for the shipping and transport expenses which remain to the charge of the purchaser). The goods can only be returned when they are complete, undamaged or not tampered with. It remains understood that personalised products, as foreseen by the laws in force, do not come under this clause, which is only valid for standard products. The customer is obliged to notify the case by means of e-mail before returning the products.

For any controversy that may arise, the Law Courts of Bergamo - Italy are competent.

Guarantee of Data Safety

According to the provisions of law 675, your data will only be used for commercial purposes by WebGasket, and you will be able to ask for them to be cancelled at any time. According to the law, WebGasket shall not sell or pass on your name, address, e-mail address or personal data to third parties without your specific authorisation. When purchases are made from our site, we shall send you news regarding various opportunities at periodical intervals.
